Dear devotees, we (Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd.) recommend you kindly understand these terms and conditions before booking services with us.
Eligibility Age
– Yatris under the age of 18 is considered to be a minor. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
– All bookings with a minor are subject to review and approval by Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd. If the consent of a parent, guardian or any other person is required by applicable law for any minor to travel, the accompanying adult is responsible for securing all consents, documentation and ensuring that they and the minor(s) meet all legal requirements to travel, to enter into and depart from concerned regions. Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., will not be responsible for any fees, damages, or losses incurred as a result of any failure to secure necessary consents, permits, and approvals.
– Yatris of age 65 years or more must go through and produce a medical fitness certificate to join high altitude yatras.
Details Required For Booking
– Devotees must provide all the necessary information requested by us along with the final payment.
– If devotees fail to give the required details, asked by Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., for any services (may that be air tickets, tours, permits, or other inclusions), the then the concerned devotee will be liable for any costs, fees or losses including failure to obtain or provide that inclusion.
– In the event that you fail to supply the information required, we reserve all rights to treat your booking (or the relevant components of your bookings) as canceled and levy any cancellation fees deemed reasonable by us, in its sole discretion.
– Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., will not be held responsible for any fees incurred as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced, or otherwise incomplete information as provided by the devotees
Booking on Behalf of others:
– If you are a travel agent or group leader, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included in that booking.
– This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your service booking, notifying the Director or your travel agent if any changes or cancellations are required, and keeping your party informed.
– By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents.
– You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and the director will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.
Payments
– For all the services contracted, advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the full payment must be paid before the commencement of the services.
– Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
– Besides the above, in certain cases like train journeys, hotels or resorts bookings, and/or special services during the peak seasons or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold services on CONFIRMED BASIS. Please note that such payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Prices
– Prices are per Service based. For yatra upon shared Twin/Double room occupancy. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions or any other cost not indicated in the inclusions.
– Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price of service.
– Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., may offer reduced pricing/offers on certain products or services. Reduced pricing/offers apply only to new bookings. Bookings, where payment of at least a deposit has been received, are not entitled to reduced pricing/offers.
Special Requirements
– In order to fully enjoy our services, please select only that which is suitable to your capabilities or consult us before booking the service.
– Yatris requiring any form of assistance, including yatris with physical disabilities, sight, hearing, or mobility impairments, are required to notify us in writing and must take our confirmation prior to reservation for review and our agreement.
Our liabilities & limitations
Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services will sincerely make effort to maintain the contract made by our organization with its customers, but there are always possibilities of certain Items like airfares, entrance fees at the monuments, or drastic increase in fuel costs, etc, getting more expensive without any notice from the Govt. authorities. In such FORCE MAJEURE, the difference in the cost would be borne by the customers.
Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by actual suppliers. All itineraries or programs are to be considered a sample, intended to give you a general idea of the likely planning/schedule. It may be altered later or during the services without prior notice as deemed fit by us. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants, services providers, etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before or even after the commencement of the services. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the devotee’s safety, comfort, general well-being, and for the best experience. Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with our vendors like the hotels, airlines, etc. They retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by the service provider. All hotel bookings are based on the usual check-in and check-out times of the hotels until indicated in the itinerary. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery/equipment/transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents or act of God. Without limitation, Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with any accommodation, transportation or provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Devotees are advised to seek such insurance arrangements by themselves. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
Not liable for third party suppliers
– Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., makes arrangements with accommodation providers, activity providers, airlines, cruise lines, coach companies, transfer operators, shore excursion operators, tour and local guides, and other independent parties (“Third Party Suppliers”) to provide you with some or all of the components of devotee’s service. Third-Party Suppliers may also engage the services of local operators and sub-contractors.
– Although we take all reasonable care in selecting Third Party Suppliers, the Tour Operator is unable to control or does not supervise Third Party Suppliers and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions.
– Third-party suppliers may utilize Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd.s’, logo on signage or uniforms solely for identification purposes which does not signify Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd.’s ownership, management, or control. As a result, we are not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party.
Group Harmony
– Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs(or breaking the 4 regulations) leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group.
– Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by that individual/s. All unused services are non-refundable.
Insurance
You are required to ensure that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the service in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation, curtailment, etc. The choice of insurer is your sole discretion.
Acceptance of Risk
Devotees acknowledge that the products and services offered by Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., may involve a significant amount of risk to your health and safety. By traveling with the Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety. You hereby assume responsibility for all such risks and release Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries, or death resulting from risks inherent in services, including visiting foreign destinations, and participating in adventurous activities, etc or otherwise offered by Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd.
Devotees should understand that some of the yatra services in the non-developed and remote regions without adequate means of rapid evacuation or medical supplies and proper facilities or faculties. In the event of any sort of accident, illness, injury, etc an evacuation will be slow and uncertain, as these yatras take place in mountains, high altitudes, or hazardous terrains.
Altitude sickness with common or uncommon symptoms which include, but are not limited to sleeplessness, coughing, vomiting, cramps, fever, appetite loss, etc, may be developed. Sever case of altitude sicSever case of altitude sickness may result in pulmonary or cerebral or any other disorders. Hence you should find yourself fit medically and physically, for such yatras, and Yatris should take due care of their medical requirements by themselves during the yatra.
Yatris must acknowledge that the Char Dham Yatra / Nepal Muktinath Yatra / Kailash Mansarovar Yatra or any such Yatra in the Himalayan or any other mountain region is risky and also dangerous with respect to terrains, climate, altitude, and remote or desolate nature of the destination.
Amendments
The Director reserves the right to update or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time and will post the amended Terms & Conditions on the Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd.s’ website or any other official handle. We recommend that you refer to all the Terms & Conditions prior to booking our services to familiarise yourself with the most up-to-date version available.
Agreement
I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions of Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., before availing or signing into their services. I acknowledge that my participation in the services provided by Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd, is complete as per my will and I am fully aware of the risks involved. I don’t and will not hold Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., responsible whether partly or completely in any case or mishap during the programmed services.
I agree to understand and voluntarily accept all different policies of Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., including the cancellation policy. I also declare to strictly follow and abide by the rules of Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., or their authorities at all times during the programmed services.
I state that all the entries are correct and Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., will not pay any compensation/interest of any sort to me, or my dependents in case of injury, illness, accident, mishap, or death, and will not hold Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., its staffs, or its agents responsible whether partly or completely for the same.
(In case of Minor participant with the inclusion of above)
I give my consent to my son/daughter/ward to join the program/services offered by Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., I on behalf of my son/daughter/ward agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions laid down by Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd. And Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., shall not be held responsible whether partly or completely in any case of injury, illness, accident, mishap or death, etc during the programmed services.
Law & Jurisdiction
I do acknowledge that if any dispute or difference(s) of any kind whatsoever, arises between the parties hereto in connection with or arising out of this agreement the parties shall in good faith negotiate with a view to arriving at an amicable resolution and settlement. Any/all legal proceedings with regard to any matter, claim, differences, and disputes arising out of this agreement, will be governed by the Indian laws and courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim/dispute out of it.
Any dispute should be dealt with only Hare Krsna Yatras & Services Pvt. Ltd. & with no other entities (Individual, Group Of Individuals, Trust, Society). If so done will be considered, an act of Defamation and the concerned would be prosecuted.
By filling out the registration form, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd., relating to my service package.
