If Devotees under any circumstances or personal reasons want to cancel their services, the cancellation request must be sent in writing with reason and duly signed by the individual devotee, asking for the cancellation to our (Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services) registered office or email to us at our registered mail Id.

The cancellation shall commence from the time/date we (Hare Krsna Yatras) receive your intimation in writing on working days.

The following cancellation fees will be applicable on the yatris.

Case 1 – Yatras within 4 days

– More than 25 working days prior to the date of departure of the yatra – 10% of the Yatra cost.

– 24 to 15 working days prior to the date of departure of the yatra – 25% of the Yatra cost.

– 14 to 7 working days prior to the date of departure of the yatra – 50% of the Yatra cost.

– Less than 7 working days prior to the date of departure or no show to the yatra – 100% of the Yatra cost.

Case 2 – Private Yatras or Yatras for more than 4 days

– More than 45 working days prior to the date of departure of the yatra – 10% of the Yatra cost.

– 44 to 30 working days prior to the date of departure of the yatra – 25% of the Yatra cost.

– 29 to 15 working days prior to the date of departure of the yatra – 50% of the Yatra cost.

– 14 to 7 working days prior to the date of departure of the yatra – 75% of the Yatra cost.

– Less than 7 working days prior to the date of departure or no show to the yatra – 100% of the Yatra cost.

Reject

Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services reserves the right to cancel any service/yatra prior to the commencement of the respective service, without mentioning any reason. In such cases only after deducting the actual expenses incurred by us on your booking like administrative charges and other overheads as applicable from case to case, but no compensation and/or interest will be given.

Refund

In regard to refund of unused / un-utilised services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

No refund or reduction will be made to any  in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare out not utilised by the tour member due to personal reasons.

Discontinue

For any case if devotee/yatri chooses to discontinue our services, No part of the service amount shall be refunded. In case of third party services like helicopter, tickets, video/photo vendors, etc, the amount refund is subjected to the cancellation policy of the third party vendor. This third party cancellation policy would be applicable in addition to our term and conditions.

Postpone

Hare Krsna Yatras & Vedic Lifestyle Services reserves the right to postpone any service/yatra prior to the commencement of the respective service, without mentioning any reason. Which may be due to pandemic, curfew, lockdown, natural calamity or disaster, etc, in the residence or destination place/region. In such case no refund will be given. Devotees can reschedule their services to future date. No compensation and/or interest will be given.

Note: 

– Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation penalties may differ for special events, some Customised groups, or special services and will be advised at the time of booking on your invoice.

– For any train or flights tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking.

– The deposits on the tours having special offers are NON-REFUNDABLE.

– Advance booking, token money shall be NON-REFUNDABLE.

– In case of special train journeys and high peak season bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

This cancellation clause includes any reason whatsoever, due to inability to participate, including illness of any sort, any mishaps, death, law abidings, documentation cause, etc.
